🔍 The Role
We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to join our commercial team and play a critical role in closing new business, managing strategic sales cycles, and building lasting customer relationships.
This is an opportunity to sell cutting-edge AI-native test infrastructure into some of the world’s largest and most innovative enterprises. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your input and performance will directly impact the trajectory of the business.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, as well as marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to bring value to enterprise clients across the UKI, DACH, US and APAC regions.
📋 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive full-cycle sales processes - from discovery and qualification through to close
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in Testing, Engineering, and Compliance teams
- Work inbound and self-sourced leads across targeted verticals and named accounts
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to tailor product demos and proof-of-concept engagements
- Effectively communicate the value of Synthesized to both technical and business audiences
- Accurately forecast pipeline and manage CRM data hygiene in HubSpot/Salesforce
- Provide customer and market feedback to influence product development and GTM strategy
🌱 About You
- Experience in a closing sales role (ideally in SaaS, DevTools, or enterprise data products)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable selling into technical buyers (e.g., Heads of Engineering, Head of QA/Testing, Compliance)
- Strong ability to run a consultative sales process and tailor value messaging by persona
- Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving startup environments
- Passion for solving complex enterprise problems with technology
- Familiarity with test data management, test automation is a strong plus
